PROPERTIES
Our lacquers are commonly used in Roll-to-Roll (R2R) and Roll-to-plate (R2P) imprinting technologies.
We have extensive knowledge how to create a formulation that suits your needs. We always tailor-make the coatings for our customers.
So your lacquer can have different properties. Think about the viscosity, refraction index, adhesion, flexibiltiy, clarity etcetera.

MO-5 is a general purpose lacquer with versatile applications.
LOW MIGRATION
MO-10 is suitable for in-direct food contact.
LOW VISCOSITY
MO-10 LV suitable for high-volume production methods.
FLEXIBILITY
MO-43 very suitable for Roll-to-Roll production with self-cleaning effect.
POLYCARBONATE
MO-36 is a general purpose lacquer especially for Poly Carbonate ( PC )
HIGH REFRACTIVE INDEX (HRI)
MO-52 perfect for light guiding and display applications.
HIGH CLARITY
MO-42 Super transparant resin commonly used for displays.
HRI SOLVENT
MO-SO-01 has an ultra high refractive index and thin coating layer.

NON OPTICAL PURPOSE COATINGS
Besides products for optical applications we have some special products that are used for a different purpose.
There are topcoats (lenses) or protective coatings (cosmetic) and the processing method can vary from flow coating to spray coating but all are UV curable coatings designed on customer request.
Substrates vary from PMMA, SAN to glass or sputtered aluminium.
